Payment must be received in full before production begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and include both production and shipping time. While we work with trusted production and shipping partners, REBBELLA is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

6. Product Representation

We make every effort to display product images and colours as accurately as possible. Due to screen settings and lighting, slight variations may occur. These variations do not constitute defects.
