Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with your REBBELLA purchase. This policy explains how returns work for made-to-order and standard items.

30-day return window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for eligible products.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable. You will need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Free returns

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Made-to-order & customised items

Many REBBELLA pieces are made to order. Customised or personalised items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue.

Slight variations in colour or print placement can occur with made-to-order production and do not qualify as defects.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, final-sale items, or items that have been used, washed or altered after delivery.

How to start a return

Email hello@rebbella.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether your return is accepted and send the return label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to the same condition requirements above.
